    Come along and join us in Stoke Newington to kick-start a community garden – Mary’s Garden - in St Mary's church grounds. This is the first permablitz at the site and we will be clearing the ground, laying a lasagne mulch to improve the soil and planting fruit trees and bushes. Mini workshops will include:

    • How to lay a lasagne mulch
    • Winter tree care
    • Planting bare-rooted fruit trees and bushes

    RSVP Essential: if you want to come along you need to let us know so we know numbers for lunch, which is provided, and so we can give you all the specific details.

  4. A Community Engagement Event for Mary's Garden

    We are holding a community engagement event on Tuesday 31st January from 7.15 - 9.00pm in St Mary's Centre to discuss the creation of a community garden - Mary's Garden - on ground at the east side of St Mary's Church & Centre. During this engagement event we will be presenting the project and holding a listening circle to hear your ideas.
